Here are some of the things I use for my morning rituals

I gently open my eyes from a good night’s rest. I look at my watch and it’s 4.10am. Not too bad. I’m trying to be more consistent in waking up between 4am and 5am. It’s the magic window when I can have some time to myself, while the rest of the house still sleeps. I try not to use the alarm so that I don’t wake my husband up.
